Thanks. Cardio is in 100 rep intervals, so if you did weights or other reps, could you share. Ideally, we'd like to see a list of what you do, especially when it's so many reps. How'd you calculate this?

Hi @soumon - for me to count these reps (just because I'd like to know a little bit more about you and what you're doing to qualify these), can you please explain this more? Any pictures, posts, time, distance, types of activity?
