Especially with blogging sometimes we are behind our computers for several house and that isn't so great for our health.
I have found a great little workout that will get you in shape right in your office.
I did about 100 reps today with the coffee cup. I may need to rearrange the furniture before I can work on the other arm though.
ive done loads of squats, mmmm does getting up and down off the chair equal a squat lol
