Often times we start with no destination / goal, no purpose. I think the key is to start with the end goal in mind, understand what's the motivational factor behind selecting that goal and start eating that elephant one bit at a time.

made a decision.
100 a day with an initial goal of eventually 10x'ing that total to 1000 a day.
I'm not in a hurry so for the next few months will really be about building endurance and consistency
