I love promoting nutrition and fitness, teaching people the basics, and guiding them to get into the best shape of their lives.
I used to be teased for being the super-skinny smart kid – that’s what got me started. But then I realized how awesome eating well and working out could really make you feel, regardless of those around you.
I am thinking of writing daily blog posts on nutrition and fitness tips to make it super easy for you all to get started on your own fitness journeys :)

My goal is to stay in shape, I don't worry too much about my weight but keeping in great shape is hard when you go months without a good proper workout (I like to surf but it will be cold as hell for the next upcoming months over here).
Good on you man. I've found a small jog or even a brisk walk around the block in the morning can really clear your mind and make you feel great to start the day!
Nice man! We need some fitness on here. I have been addicted to Steemit so bad that I haven't been able to go to the gym the last 4 or 5 days. My goal is to stop drinking soda and quit smoking. Also looking to join a gym start working out regularly. Just turned 34 and I'm 7 months into wearing braces haha and am looking to be a role model for my son while also helping guide my wife in her weight loss goals.
