i have alway tried but failed to get into fitness training i keep falling back and then drop out, i think is cause i try to many things at once. thanks for the info will try again with the smart principle

My opinion about achieving your fitness goal is really "wanting" it.
If you really do want it you will achieve it. It won't be easy and you won't get it fast. You have to be patient and never give up. I work out for almost 3 years and achieved more than I ever expected. The key to my success wasn't the diet, it was the consistency. So keep going..
Yes you are exactly right I agree completely and I have so many more videos to make this is just the 3rd I plan to make them in what I feel is the best chronological order for someone who is starting out completely new
