I read somewhere that you cannot run and stay mad about anything. I just started running again recently... a lot hahaha.

I agree, I don't treat myself nearly as brutish as I did in my youth. Now, I just try and enjoy the physical sensations associated with the activity... spotifys new momentum tracker helps plays song in my running tempo and that helps...

the endorphins definitely don't hurt ;)
