You presented practical ideas and information to help many people here. #4 on the list is extremely important because with consistency it forms a habit like brushing your teeth. It's a struggle sometimes but this is where dedication and commitment to achieve the goal come to the forefront. Thanks for creating this post. I have a good friend who has lots of resources for SHTF but his health is extremely poor.
