thank you! :) its different to use a spinning pole... because spinner if you use your momentum right you can use it to help invert a bit. It's more about holding different poses or tricks and transitioning smoothly between them while not stopping. I've never been flexible in the past. My splits were about 1 foot off the floor, took a year of consistent practice but im excited about the progress. Practice really pays off in pole! you will surprise yourself, keep at it.

That's so motivating! Thank you :) I'm gonna try to start stretching a bit daily. The problem is that I'm really excited about getting started but then I forget that I was supposed to stretch after a few days...
