@polebird: Pole tricking - Dtube pole combo

in #fitness6 years ago (edited)

Hi my lovelies!
My favorite part of pole is definitely working on tricks! There are endless possibilities to the shapes and holds you can make on the pole. Here's a clip from this week's tricks class. I started with the combo we learned from class and connected it into some of my current favorite transitions (iguana to pop out handspring). Hope you enjoy! Thanks for watching.

Very nice!

Cool.

This is cool and hot as well . Like your video

Thank you!

You are beautiful and so are your moves..I guess this requires a lot of strength in your arms and legs for perfect gripping and a lot of flexibility too... :)
And those muscles in your hamstrings are inspiring me to hit the gym even harder!

Aww thanks!! Glad to hear that I’ve inspired some future gym sessions 😁

Loved the post and the tips.

I was just learning the iguana into handspring the other day. I liked it! Especially since it is one of the few that I managed to figure out quickly

Oh awesome!! Yeah that one took a little bit of time for me to learn. Just curious, are you managing to hold a full iguana (straight legs together or straddle) or are you part hooking one knee before you transition into handspring?

I found that the knee hook made it more difficult to turn to towards the pole but holding full iguana is easy because when you turn, your feet naturally cross around the pole and you can use that for a little bit of support as you push your bum out and drop your legs into handspring, with a small adjustment at the bottom to full straight legs. I think it all depends on how comfortable you feel in head and handstands. I'm a headstand freak so I feel comfortable with the balancing stuff. Leg hooks, not so much

Awesomeness surrounds you...
PS: I did the abs workout today...It was challenging but I enoyed it:)

Thank you Xabi!! Haha did u feel the burn? I’m excited you started

Beautiful and like you said there are endless possibilities with the pole moves and you are a great proof of it.
Always, always enjoy your beautiful tricks and moves.

Have a great weekend @polebird.

Thank you my friend!! :) happy weekend!

Awesome, and this art is really executed perfectly and your moves were reflecting the essence of focused and determined moves. And these kind of acts are not spontaneous, for these, amount of efforts have to put to make our body to that extent to get the flexibility.

I really liked the picture which you shared at the bottom, and that background is just amazing and i am sure that, this place is perfect to perform the art because it's reflecting as beautiful nature's piece.

Thanks for sharing this video with us and wishing you an great day. Stay blessed. 🙂
