The peak of the competitive landscape and the swollen veins of athletes cause a storm of negative emotions in the townsfolk. The reason for this is an incredibly low percentage of fat and almost complete absence of water under the skin of the bodybuilder during the competition, which is achieved through hard self-sacrificing work in the hall, adherence to the most severe diets and the use of special pharmacological drugs. This result is only a short-term nature in order to show the best form of athletes in the competition for the year. But they should at least slightly relax the diet and muscles like a sponge will absorb all the carbohydrates that came with food. The relief will evaporate, and the body will become familiar to all roundness and smoothness. It's unlikely that any of the fat-eating critics will manage to do this trick with a momentary transformation.
With a squeamish grimace at the sight of 'huge as a guy' muscles beginners, fitness ladies do not even realize the fact that the girth of the biceps in many competing bodybuilders is often much more modest than their own volumes. That's only in contrast to the 'dry' muscle mass, the bodybuilder predominates in them is clearly fatty tissue. And it concerns not only the owners of magnificent forms, but also seemingly not having visible problems with excess weight of girls. So the female organism with its natural predisposition is effectively arranged to store fat for the benefit of future offspring. But meanwhile, not so massive, but 'skim' muscles athletes for some reason are subjected to ruthless criticism and become the object of a special female phobia called 'how not to pumped up.'
Do muscles grow fast?
Unlimited women's confidence in their unique ability to build muscle at a huge pace sometimes just touches. Hardly having come into the hall they are convinced that they already possess an impressive muscle mass, confusing a solid stock of fat deposits and swelling in the limbs, with muscle volumes. Every now and then you have to hear: 'I have too much inflated arms (legs) and I do not want to increase them even more.' Well, after trying once to perform an exercise with more or less decent weight for themselves, they, of course, begin to feel the characteristic post-training effect of some swelling caused by a significant increase in blood flow to the muscles being trained. Frightened by such a rapid 'progress' and mistakenly thinking that the muscles have the property of increasing in size with the speed of the mushrooms after the rain, impressionable girls once and for all refuse to touch the 'iron'.
To the great regret of many men, so stormy female fantasies are very far from reality. Look around and see how many fanatical pimply teenagers, with their testosterone boiling in the blood, daily tear their biceps in the hope of increasing them by at least a centimeter. However, only a few of them can boast of athletic build. Ask men exercising in the gym, how hard it is to give them an increase in each kilogram of muscles, what efforts are required to observe the sports regimen and diet with the constant need to eat an incredibly large amount of food to preserve the available and increment of new muscle tissue. But the male body responds much better to power loads. Women, having a ridiculously small amount of hormones responsible for hypertrophy of muscle fibers, are simply physically unable to significantly increase the muscles without using so-called anabolic steroids.
