Workout Log: 9/15 Already falling behind on my posts…

Hello Hivers,
Well as you can tell I am already failing a little behind on my workout log posts. Yesterday I was able to do the hard part(the workout) but I failed at posting my lefts and weights. So I’ll make up for it today before I get into my workout later this evening. So here we go.

Chest/Back day:

Barbell Bench/Bent-over Single arm Rows (SuperSet)
Bench 4x8 150lbs; BOSAR 4x8 50lbs(kettlebell)

Incline bench/Skullcrushers triceps(superset)

Inc.Bench (35lbs Dbells) Skullcrusher (35lbs Dbell) 4x15

Barbell Bent-over Rows
Pronated grip 95lbs 4x12
