Workout Log 4:My last 4 workouts

Alright Hivers it is time for Workout Log update. I have been working out for a few weeks now and I am feeling great with just a few sore joints but that comes with age(I am 40 now). The lifts are feeling better already so lets get into the numbers. My current body weight is 235lbs at 6 foot 3 inches tall.



Leg Day easy

Body weight elevated calf raises

Chest Day

Bench Press
Warm up 75lbs, 105lbs, 135lbs
Working set 3x10 2x8 155lbs

Incline dumbbell press
working set 4x20: 35lbs

Dumbbell Flies/Rear Delt Bent-over rows(Superset)
3x12 25lbs/3x15 10lbs

Lateral Side Raises
3x12 25lbs

Leg Day

Deadlifts
Warmup 3x5 1x3 135, 185, 225, 275
Working Set 3x3 315lbs

Step-up high knee raises on tire
4x1.5 minutes

Russian twists
4x20 25lbs

Full Body Day

Barbell Squats
warm up 3x5 155, 185, 205lbs
