
Alright Hivers it is time for Workout Log update. I have been working out for a few weeks now and I am feeling great with just a few sore joints but that comes with age(I am 40 now). The lifts are feeling better already so lets get into the numbers. My current body weight is 235lbs at 6 foot 3 inches tall.
