I know that this question runs through most lifters heads. Should I be low bar squatting or high bar squatting? There are a few different things you need to think about before making a decision.
These things include
Shoulder Mobility- Low bar squatting requires higher mobility to get into the position.
Hip Mobility- High bar squatting requires more hip mobility.
Ankle Mobility - High Bar squatting also requires greater ankle mobility
High bar squatting requires more balance, better angle mobility and more powerful quads!
Low Bar squatting is more for taller people with stronger hamstrings
