Squat Challenge- Monday 5.21.18

Day 21 of my new squat challenge and I was able to complete 50 squats today. Looking for more motivated individuals to join me!!

To everyone in the challenge keep working hard you are all an inspiration to me.

This challenge will be a squat challenge. I chose a squat challenge because I felt that the ability to perform these squats anywhere like work, school, office, and at home made it easier to complete.

The challenge:

Perform at least 50 squats per day. They DO NOT have to be consecutive. You can ease into this challenge by maybe doing 5-10 at a time. Your daily squats should total to a minimum of 50 squats. You can always go above and beyond.

If you are interested in this challenge simply perform your 50 squats and use the tag #50squatchallenge and tag me @notorious562 so I can support you during this challenge.

Strongly encourage everyone to take one before the challenge pic, and update after a few weeks to show the growth in your body.

Day 8: 100 + 147 @musclegirlfusion + 50 @steemmatt = 297 Total team squats (Highest team total!)
Day 9: 50

Day 11: 0

Wow.. this is a good morning.. i wake up everyday and do 20 squats but am getting more inspired by these 50 squats.. but i really need a support team and God's intervention.. i was already finding my 20 too many..now 50🤢🤢🤢..
But i will adjust to this challenge..

After 500 reps I am super tired but I got both challenges done in the mix!

50 Pushups
