Most of the fitness freaks will agree with me that there is always that debate going on. I'll gain only naturally. No supplements only diet. Isn't it? People always tend to forget that whey protein is a SUPPLEMENT , it is just there to fill in the blocks and not considered as the main source of protein .
Now all that's said and done let's get down to the comparison between the two. I want to make it clear now and here. They both aren't much different just a difference here and there!
🔥Pros of Whey Protein:
Whey protein is a vegetarian source of protein. It is a good option for vegeterians who are looking to help them reach the macros requirements of protein in their diet. Let along it absorbs really fast in the blood flow. This makes whey protein the perfect post workout shake. Another advantage of whey is that you can have it in liquid form ie with water/milk. It's not doubt that liquid foods are easier to consume and are less filling than solid food. So if you want to lose weight whey is an excellent option. Another advantage of whey is that it is available in various flavors. Also why doesn't have any fat so again a good option if you aiming for a weight loss!
❌ Cons of Whey Protein:
Whey has a milk origin. So for people with lactose intolerance whey is not a good option. If such people have lactose intolerance they'll face various stomach problems due to whey protein. Whey Protein no doubt is more costlier than an egg. So if you solely want to fulfil your protein needs with whey it can be pretty costly . Another main concern regarding whey protein is that there are a lot fakes in the market of whey protein.
🔥 Pros of Eggs :
The thing is still debatable that whether an egg is a vegetarian source or a non vegeterian source. Debates aside , an egg is an excellent source of protein and fats. So with eggs you get many options on how to consume them according to your needs. You can just have egg whites , a whole egg , an omlette , a bhurji , some even have them raw! So the consumption of eggs is diverse.
Another pro is that it is a NATURAL source of protein and it is cheaper than whey protein is. It has fats too which whey does not have. So it is an excellent option for the HARDGAINERS to pack on some mass.
❌ Cons of Eggs:
The consumption of an egg is somewhat tiring on the long run. The removal of the egg shells can be a pain the butt at times. Another con is that too meet the nutritional value of whey protein you need to consume 5-6 eggs. Consuming that amount of eggs takes time. So if you have a tight schedule eggs can difficult to consume at times. For people who have allergies with eggs it is not a good option. If by chance the chicken which hatched the egg had a disease eg bird flu consuming eggs can be fatal.
🤔 Conclusion:
Whey Protein and eggs both are good. It is just a matter of personal preference on what you want. If you want to cut having whey is better. And if you want to bulk egg is a way better option. Just have what suits your interests.
Anyways if you liked this blog give it an UP! 😛 I'll try to get content as regularly as I want.

Another pro to eggs is that they taste so much better than whey powder!
Also, they don't have to be a hassle to eat - you can put them raw in a shake.
Raw takes time to digest which is a good strategy if you want to lose mass. But if are on a bulk raw eggs aren't good.
well information it will be better for you if u increase some styling in the content like bold italic etc
