What's up steemians?!

Today's theme is one of my favorite. Do you workout? Summer is coming, does your body already ready? If it isn't, it could be if you start train today. Most of you are lazy, and don't want to come out of comfort zone, but want shaped and good looking body without belly fat. Well, it's not simple to achieve it waching tv, playing games, etc.

Working out isn't just about shaped body, it is good for your health. When you workout you reduce the stress and you feel better, especially after morning running. One more benefit of workout is sleep, you will sleep better after a training. After some times, you will see results. Someone will see results after a month, someone after 3 month, it depends on your fitness level and persistent. But one thing that you should pay attention is your diet. And when I say "diet", I don't think about starving. You should diverse healthy food, you need to control what you eat. Reduce the amount of sugar, pasta, etc. You should eat more meat, eggs, fish, milk, vegetables, fruits, etc. Instead of milk chocolate and cakes you should take dark chocolate. I don't say that you must not eat sweets but you should reduce as much as you can. You will improve your health.

The best way to keep track of your progress is to measure your proportion before start your workout plan (How much do you weigh? Circumference of your arms, legs, stomach) and write down in some "progress notebook". And you can compare the results every month and see results. Your body's weight can not properly show progress of training in the right way. Muscle are heavier than fat, so if you gain muscles the scales will not show you in the way you want it. Maybe you gained mass, but it can be more beautiful. So don't be obsessed with the body weight.

Two person with same body weights doesn't look same, one is leaner and skinny and the other is chubby. It depends on many factors like genetics, diet, training, everyday life and many more things. Do not be disappointed about that, be patient and continue with your activities, the results will come.

PS. Of course, i forgot to mention that you can have one or two cheat meal per week (but but it should not be too big) ;) I'm sorry about my English
