Ever since I have started Body Building and when people get to know about that I use protein supplements, they give an impression like I have talked about steroids.
This reaction actually because people are unaware of what is the difference between PROTEIN Supplement & Steroids.
Let me begin by letting my readers know about what is a protein supplement.
Protein Supplement
are dietary supplements commonly used by those who are involved in bodybuilding, weightlifting, MMA, or for the purpose of facilitating an increase in lean body mass. It is also used to help decrease body fat percentage to create better muscle definition.
Body builders use PROTEIN supplements as an alternate diet because the cost of meat and fish daily can make us bankrupt.... HAHAHA..
However, there are loads of frauds in the market who sell harmful or fake substances by just replicate the boxing of the product.

- WHEY (ON)
- NITRO TECH (MUSCLE TECH)
Protein Supplements also have many other benefits except developing muscle
- Helps lower your Cholesterol.
- It improves Immune System in children suffering from asthma.
- Help reduce weight loss among HIV-positive patients.
- In future, it will also be used to treat CANCER... I repeat CANCER.
Side effects of Protein Supplements
Like every other thing Protein Supplements also have some side effects but those are not something to worry about.
- Stomach Pain - it only happens in the early days are your stomach is not in habit to adopt those nutrients.
- Nausea - Short Time.
- Fatigue - Short Time.
- Acne - which is caused by high dosage.

good info. I have never experienced the bad side effects from protein supplements but I only take 2 scoops a day (in the morning and 30 mins after workout)
