Hey, this looks like an easy work out session for most of us. So the minimum should be 5 rounds? It helps to have a mental target to work on otherwise we'd translate "as many" to mean 2 or 3 rounds lol! Great. Following your precious fitness gems. Thanks.
Thanks, @lifeline! ❤️ I completed 5.5 rounds, so I set the goal for 5 rounds to give you something to aim for. There's no minimum number of rounds since time is the main target, but setting a goal for the number of rounds to complete makes it easier to push yourself the entire time. Enjoy! 😊
