I tried surfing for the first time a month ago and it was such a killer workout. It probably didn't help that I was pummeled by waves most of the time, but I figured the first time wouldn't be easy. I found your post really inspiring! Focusing on getting stronger vs. skinny is so empowering and it sends a really important message. Keep up the surfing:)
