Notes
I haven't slept much in the last few days, we've got a faulty smoke detector that keeps waking us up. I've disconnected the F'ing now though. So I was really tired and I didn't think I had much to give today but surprisingly once I started and got into the swing of things I was feeling really good and I even added a few kg's to the HSPU's.
