- Flies 2 sets with 10 reps
- Unilateral Shoulder Press 3 sets with 10 reps
- Dips 3 sets with 8 reps (8/7/5)
- Calf Raise 3 sets with 12 reps
Conditioning: - Running for 30 minutes
