Challenge Completed - 262 reps
Routine of today:

  • Squats 4 sets with 8 reps
  • Bench Press 3 sets with 8 reps
  • Flies 2 sets with 10 reps
  • Unilateral Shoulder Press 3 sets with 10 reps
  • Dips 3 sets with 8 reps (8/7/5)
  • Calf Raise 3 sets with 12 reps
    Conditioning:
  • Running for 30 minutes
