- Stairs - 10 floors x 3
- TRX Horizontal Pullups - 20 x 2
- Lat Pulls - 8 x 2
- Situps - 20 x 2
- Weighted Lunges - 8 (per leg) x3
- Pullups - 10 x 3
- Turkish Getups 3 x 3
- Leg Raises 10 x 3
- Lateral Bounds 10 x 3
The cardio from these stair runs absolutely destroyed me.. it's been a while since I've felt a good lung burn like that lol
I felt your pain. I did squats and calf raises the past two workouts and was cramping up like crazy/had muscle twitches when trying to record on the drums today. Workouts like these will show you results in no time.
