Mission accomplished.

  • deadlifts: 36 x 135lbs, 18 x 180lbs 12 x 220lbs
  • bicep curls straight bar: 36 x 45lbs, 20 x 60lbs,
  • bent over rows: 48 x 70lbs
  • lat pull downs: 12 x 90lbs, 24 x 110lbs
  • 15 minute treadmill walk: speed 5.0, incline 11.5%

Welcome to the grind!! Excellent contribution. I counted 206 reps. It takes 30 mins of dedicated walking, running or spinning to register 100 reps, fyi. Not a bad first splash at all.
