You can do something about it. Body recomposition is hormone management that includes losing weight. Recompositioning your entire body including your arms entails hormone management with that you can control your hormones by the things that you eat. Maybe you’re eating too much sugar, dairies and starch. This exercise will help you tone and strengthen your arms.

You make things look so easy on these videos that I know you practice what you preach.

Love, that you are doing the pulses for your triceps you don't not see many people doing those--and this is a shame, because it really helps keep tension on the muscle.

The move where you are seated and doing those fast---almost punching like movements--is fantastic--I have not see it--I am going to give them a try.

One thing that I have found that really helps in toning up the muscle--is to flex them really hard after the workout--you can even flex them between sets if you want.

Simply flex the muscle hard and hold it for a couple of seconds--it will take time to learn how to flex some of your muscles--but trust me, it is worth the effort.
