A little introduction of me.

Good evening lovely steemit community :)

I just arrived home from my zumba course and want to take the chance to introduce myself. I joined steemint one week ago.I heard about this platform and was excited about it. I' ve been tired of all this typical social media channels like facebook, instgramm, twitter etc. All this platforms changed into advertising medium. I like the idea of steemit and the concept behind it. I can't wait to try it out, get new people to know and share my daily life with you.

Mostly I interested in

-fitness, I do sports for many years. Two years ago I started with lifting and I really like it...to get stronger and more self-confident motivated me every week to countine my workout plan. I workout 3-4 times per week.

Furthermore I really love food. I like to try out new thing and create my own recipes. Because of my fitness lifestyle I try to eat healthy. For sure I cheat sometimes, but that is life and I want to enjoy my life...I try to find a balance. I have created many healthy recipes by myself without sugar, carbs and wheat flour.

And like every women, I love fashion:) I love to buy new things and clothes in order to combine them and create new outfits. I am really happy to be able doing this...A few years ago, I was overweighted, weighed 20 kg more..So I couldn't wear all this clothes because they didn't fit. Today I enjoy life and the freedom of my creativity.

The last category I am interested in, is travelling. I love to visit new countries, places, people and get to know new traditions. For a half year I was living in Spain, in Santander. I visited many places and discovered many new things. Santander is perfect for sightseeing, going out and for spending his holidays there. If you like i can write more about the beautiful places and insider tips in Santander.

Do you do chin ups?

Hey simonluisi, yes for sure, but I use an elastic band for help.

I have a friend who does much gym stuff and posts his progress and tips. Thanks to him, I now do hand stands daily. I never thought it would be that easy. Ill follow you hoping to learn something interesting.
