One year ago i started crossfit. A couple of week after that our crossfit affiliate crossfit northern ice programmed Murph as a special workout on may long weekend.
What is murph it consist of runing 1600 m than complete 100 pull up, 200 push ups, 300 air squat and than finish with another 1600m run as fast as possible, oh yeah all of that wearing a 20 pounds body vest.
one year ago i completed the workout without a body in 43 minutes this weekend i finished the same workout wearing the 20 pounds body vest in 44 minutes... the extra 20 pounds make i a lot harder trust me but i still had enough energy to go on an afternooon mountain bike ride after that :P.
