Good for you! I never try any Keto diet as I use a lot of bread. And all diets I try gain no result. As my dietician told me - your body has his own temper. As we try a lot of different diets and results was negative. With some of this, instead to lose I gain weight. So I decide to leave worry about weight to my own body. Just keep listening to my body! 🌞
