Music Makes or Breaks Workouts
When I'm working out, I need music. I like having a multiple lists of kickass songs to smash my workout and keep me focused.
If I'm going for heavy lifts, I'll likely add in a bit more Rammstein, Carnage & maybe Nine Inch Nails.
If I need to get through some steady state, I'll bring out a poppin' early 2000's playlist.
For everything else, there's EDM <3
