Hello, and welcome to another home Gym post!
Today I would like to mention about my favorite Home Gym asset, the freestanding punch bag.
Before lifting weights, I like to make sure that the blood is flowing, and that I am warmed up. The punching bag is absolutely amazing for this!
Aside from warming up, the punching bag offers a variety of other benefits:
Great for full body HIIT exercise (High Intensity Interval Training). Extremely great for training the core when done properly.
Great for training/practicing martial art techniques. The better the techniques, the more rewarding it gets.
Feeling Stressed? Instead of screaming into the pillow, go hulk mode and smash the bag!
It's a punching bag... must I say more???
