Home Gym Exercises - The freestanding punch Bag

Hello, and welcome to another home Gym post!

Today I would like to mention about my favorite Home Gym asset, the freestanding punch bag.

Before lifting weights, I like to make sure that the blood is flowing, and that I am warmed up. The punching bag is absolutely amazing for this!

Aside from warming up, the punching bag offers a variety of other benefits:

  1. Great for full body HIIT exercise (High Intensity Interval Training). Extremely great for training the core when done properly.

  2. Great for training/practicing martial art techniques. The better the techniques, the more rewarding it gets.

  3. Feeling Stressed? Instead of screaming into the pillow, go hulk mode and smash the bag!

  4. It's a punching bag... must I say more???
