Fitness 365: Day 97

For the Workout:

2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs

Just about at day 100!!! I can't believe how fast this journey is going and that I have actually committed to it for this long. Having steak for dinner, an attempt to increase my protein intake for the day. I am starting to learn more about nutrition, I just don't practice it as much and as properly as I should. But one thing is for sure I am a lot better at it now in comparison to when I started!
