Thank you for this very informative post! I think it's important, at least when you start out, to be watched by someone who knows what they're doing to make sure your posture and movements are inline and correct so you can get the most out if the exercise as well as ensure you don't strain anything. Squats are a fantastic exercise! My knees don't allow for this right now, but I am inspired to do a little exercise today!
