Wow man, those are great results. I have spent the last 9 months losing a lot of weight with dieting and exercise. Now that I am my ideal weight, I would like to put on more muscle. Perhaps you can share some of your diet, weight training, and supplement regimen? It may really help steer me in the right direction as I move into this next goal.
