Today was a day for two session as show below in my original week view below
After over exerting myself in the morning run my week has been adjusted by the 2Peak platform. See below the intensities of my work outs versus what was required. Also compare week 31 activities and you will see that tomorrow [Week 31, Wednesday] is now just a single work out to reduce the load ahead of this weekends half marathon.
I personally did not feel that I pushed as hard, but I will try and listen and stick closer to the training plan.
