Upper body endurance test:
Warm-up for 5-10 minutes before you start.
Perform as many full push-ups as you can in one go.
You have to perform full repetitions, bring your chest close to the floor and push back up until your arms are straight.

Cooper run test:
Warm-up before you start this test.
Then download a running tracking app and try to run as fast as you can for 12 minutes and post down below how many meters/km you've managed to do. I will let you know where you stand according to the normative data provided on https://www.brianmac.co.uk/
Don't forget to do a 5-minute cool down after you finish the run that can consist of walking or light jogging.
