Cool stuff. So i started my push up challenge, today's day 2. On the first day had to readjust my numbers, the initial plan of doing 100/day was a bit too much so i settled on 60 for now. The pains of growth are kicking in already but i am still determined.
What is also cool is that I am already making some different choices in my diet, common sense dictates that better nutrition is needed to support the body in this quest. Will see what else comes out of that
awesomeness.
I'm experimenting with 100 spread out throughout the day. so I got a running tally all day. I would like to over time see if I can scale it to 1000. haha.
I've only got 6o in so far and i'm getting late in the day. lol. This is fun :)
