I can't exercise on Sunday and Monday.....

Below shows exercising for today
- stretching
- plank for 5 minutes and 34 second dividing into 3 times
- push up 20 times
- exercise with 5 kg dumbbells 40 times
- riding a bicycle for 20minutes with 1 step intense and 2 step intense respectively
- running for 10 minutes
