Hi everyone! I am back with training for Explosing triceps.
First lets start with Diamont Push ups:
Do 10 or do 25 if you can and repeat it 6 times, you can repeat it 5 times if its too hard for you.
Second we need to put power in the triceps, for that good exercise is Push ups at chair:
This is great for triceps, biceps and back side. With this you can grow your power and explosion in the same time whitch is great. Do that 20 or 30 and repeat it 5 times.
Now you can go to drink little water or some protein shake if you have.
A PAUSE SHOULD BE A MAXIMUM 2 MINUTES TO YOU!
When pause is over we will start doing our last part of this training, that is Wide push ups:
In this exercise your chest is point for explosing, but your biceps,triceps, and back side are doing great job. Keep in mind
that when you are doing this focus to your triceps. Maybe it will be hard for you but you must try.
Do it 25 times and repeat it 7 times or 6 times if you are tired!
My friend say to me one thing when i was want to give up. They stop me and they said me " KEEP GOING HARD OR GO HOME". That is soo good for motivacion and true, never gave up, but put all hard in everything you do. One day you will say thanks to yourself beacuse you never gave up!
