The real question is; how will you cook them?!
My recommendation:
Throw them on tinfoil, add bell peppers, lemon, and a little bit of garlic...wrap the tinfoil up and throw it on the grill for a couple of minutes...BAM, dinner is served!
Sounds like a decent cook! We like to cover them in ranch and then bread them with lousiana style corn meal! Make that with some fresh french fries and wala! I'm going to try your way too
