I enjoy Fish when we have it. I like Tuna. We buy Safecatch its tested for mercury and they have the lowest mercury tuna available.
My favorite is Halibut Wow we like to bake it or smoke it on the grill. We turn leftover fish into fish patties OHH they are awesome! You can ask @lovenfreedom how me make them.... I think there might even be a video she did about it.
I also like to eat fresh Crappie but it is hard to come by. Cooked with a nice organic corn meal batter it is so good. Have you ever had fresh Crappie?
