<Disagio>.

Hedge Ratio
This ratio determins, how many <Options> are in a relative ratio to the amount of <Underlying> nessessary to protect yourself against price changes of the <Underlying>.

Settlement
Execution of money and unit wise compliance of stock exchange orders.

Settlement Cost
This is the price under which stock exchange orders are fulfilled.

Ad-Hock-Publicity
Regarding to stock exchange law, it is the fulfillment of an <Issuer> for the publication of business reports, which could have an impact on the <Equity Price> of that mentioned business. Due to this Ad-hock reports it is guaranteed that all stock holder are informed simultaneously.

Adjustment
The change of an already completed security order regarding account, member, opening and/or offsetting. Adjustments are executed on behalf of the involved exchange member by the <Clearing House> after the exchange has been made.

Agio
(Additional fee/Premium) that defines how high the emission value of securities lies above the <Denomination>.
