March 11,2018..0805 While the Vessel is Underway using engine heading to New Orleans. The Duty officer sighted this 4 men afloat and added that they are locals from Bahamas. The Barge of 6 crew sunk while sailing and rescued only 4 of them but still hoping for the rest 2 to survive..at first we just seen this act only in movies but didn't even imagine to encounter it in person.
