Paano Maging Healthy Pag Dito Ka Sa Philippines. (How To Stay Healthy If You Live In The Philippines).

Sa umaga madami ko nakikitang tao nagjojogging pag pauwie ako galing sa trabaho, nag-iisip ako, kung pwede lang ako sumali sakanila magexercise, sasali ako, pero hindi ako pwede kase puyat na ako  at wala na akong oras. Buti naman may rest day para makasali ako sa mga nageexercise o kaya maggym nalang ako. Kelangan lagi ingatan ang katawan naten, para do tayo makasakit o kaya mahinaan.

In the morning, when I'm on the way home from work, I see a lot of people jogging, I think to myself, if it was possible to join the people jogging, I could have but the thing is; I'm very tired from work and most of the time I don't have the time. I'm glad there is rest day so I can go to the gym. We have to take care of our bodies so that we do not fall sick or get weak.


Marami tayong mga paraan para makakaroon tayo nang healthy katawan, sa una kelangan naten malusog na Pamumuhay, at iwasan naten ung mga bagay nasisira nang mga katawan e.g paninigarilyo, inom nang alak, kumain nang mga pagkain na hindi Healthy katulad nang ( puro taba, walang gulay etc).  Dapat iwasan din naten ung mga delata made Hindi healthy Kumain nang delata, pay kakain tayo nang delata dapat ihalo naten nang mga gulay para magiging healthy any kinakain naten.

There are a lot of things we need to do in order for us to have healthy bodies. Firstly we need to have a healthy lifestyle and avoid doing the things that destroys the body e.g smoking, drinking alcohol, eating foods that are not healthy(foods with a lot of fats and little or no vegetables). Also, we need to avoid eating canned foods because they are not healthy for the body, and if ever we need to eat some canned foods it would be best to combine it with some vegetables so that the food becomes more healthy.

Importante na maginom tayo nang maraming tubing araw-araw para lilinis ang sistema nang katawan naten, kahit na 8 glasses nang tubing sa isang araw. Para maging healthy ang katawan naten Kelantan naten kumain nang balanseng diyeta; dapat kumakain tayo nang mga gulay at mga prutas araw-araw para makaroon tayo nang vitamins sa katawan e.g saging, poncan, grapes, etc. kelangan naten kumain nang mga healthy na pagkain katulad nang  sinigang; marami itong mga gulay pag isabay to sa kanin masarap ito, healthy pa, dagdagan nalang naten nang saging para balanseng diyeta.

It is important for us to drink lots of water everyday in order for our body system to be cleansed from toxins. We need to drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day for us to stay healthy. In order for us to have healthy bodies, we would need to eat a balanced diet everyday; we need to eat vegetables and fruits everyday, so that we can have supply of vitamins in our body e.g banana, oranges, grapes, etc. We also need to eat healthy foods like sinigang( a Filipino cuisine), it contains a lot of vegetables and its delicious with rice, just add banana to this meal and you already have a balanced diet.

Pangatlo importante na Kelangan naten gawin para maging healthy ang katawan naten ay magexercise tayo  o sumali tayo sa paboritong sports naten; katulad nang basketball, volleyball, badminton, soccer, muay thai,swimming etc. Meron din mga tao na may gusto nila nang mgaexercise katulad Nana zumba, aerobics, yoga or mixed martial arts, tutulong ito mga exercise sa katawan para matangal ung mga toxins sa katawan naten

Thirdly, it is important for us to engage in sporting activities at it would help our bodies to be healthy, we could take part in out favorite sports like  basketball, volleyball, badminton, soccer, muay thai, swimming etc. Other people prefer to do other exercises like; zumba, aerobic, yoga or mixed martial arts. Engaging in these exercises help the body get rid of the toxins.

kelangan maalaga naten ang katawan naten para maging masmahaba buhay naten, at hindi tayo makaroon nang sakit! Mag exercise na tayo kahit 45 mins jogging kahit tatlong beses sa isang lingo. Dapat kakain din tayo nang maayos ( balance diet), para nourished ang katawan naten! 

We need to take good care of our bodies so that we could live long and not fall sick! We need to exercise even if its just jogging for 45 mins a day 3-4 times a week. It is also neccessary to eat properly ( balanced diet), so that our body can be nourished with vitamins and our body always healthy!
