Do you know where does Windows 10 save your temporary data & configuration of File History by default? Check it out the following folder (both imply the same location):
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\FileHistory
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\FileHistory
