Most if not all attempts at accurately predicting the future are bound to be incorrect... most probably including the one :P

That's the fascinating thing about it, the future comes about in all kinds of twisted ways and many of the things that are likely to come about are simply outside the scope of our imaginations.

I personally find it quite unlikely that we would not travel at all while currently we are traveling more than ever. The fact that I can work from home doesn't make me travel less, it actually allows me to travel more.
