RE: "The Library of the Dead" an original work of ficition for #365daysofwriting

in #fiction6 years ago

Hi @felt.buzz,

Loved the story, especially the angle where the Vampires and Zombies weren't welcome as they are the undead.

This post was nominated by a @curie curator to be featured in an upcoming Author Showcase that will be posted Early Saturday (U.S. time - about 17 hours from now) on the @curie blog.

NOTE: If you would like us to NOT feature your post in the Author Showcase please reply, email, or DM me on Discord as soon as possible. Any photos or quoted text from your post that we feature will be properly attributed to you as the author.

  • If you would like to provide a brief statement about your posting, your life or anything else to be included in the article, you can do so in reply here or look me up on Discord chat (@randomwanderings#9929 ) or even through email to randomwanderingsgene at gmail .com . This personal addition to my article is always one of my favorite parts.

You can check out our previous Author Showcase to get an idea of what we are doing with these posts.

Thanks for your time and for creating great content.

Hello! Thank you! Very happy to be listed: you guys do such a great job supporting writers on here, and you are really appreciated. I've been lucky enough to be curied a few times: thanks so much - it really helps keep the motivation going! What I especially like is the human element to how you choose and feature our work.

Steemit is responsible (in a good way!) for my writing! It is thanks to the daily prompts by @mydivathings and @mariannewest that I write every single day (and have done since November, last year). @mydivathings posts a picture prompt every day as part of her #365daysofwriting challenge, and I have fun seeing what comes out of my brain when I see it and then start writing. This picture immediately made me think of ghosts (the setting of a library was obvious) and everything else just flowed out of my brain. I didn't set out for it to be funny, but the plays on words and horror genres just popped into my head, so I just put them in.

Thanks again for choosing my post! :)
