ENTRY 11

December rolls along, Christmas is coming up and I haven’t done much in my search for a room. Frank and I had played in a band called Luv Nub with a guy named Kurt Schlegel in New Orleans. He’s just relocated to S.F. and ended up getting an apartment in the Haight District with another guy, Joe, and they have an extra room.

I despise this part of town that was made famous by hippies in the sixties. I would almost rather live in the run down Tenderloin than live amongst the pan-handling, pot selling neo-hippies that infest the Haight hanging out trying to re-create their own sixties experience. The place is a Mecca for these types from all over the country and it appears to be the first place all Janis, Jimi, and Jim idolizing kids make their way to after arriving in their new hometown, S.F.

You know. I have a lot of people on steemit that post stories. I would love to read all of them but many days I cannot find that much time to spend reading. Short but well done sometimes goes a long way in my book.

Thanks @htooms, this novel is made up of hundreds of chapters that could be considered flash fiction.
