ENTRY 20

“I mean, I think, well…what I’m saying is that were just not…,” I bullshit Linda. “We’re not, well…when we are together it’s not like we hear music or the earth moves or anything. It’s like we’d be great as friends. Now it’s like were together and I really feel that, well, things are not quite adequate. It’s not you it’s me,”

My whole story is just a load of shit. Linda sitting on my bed starts to cry a bit, “So you wanna break up with me?”

“Yeah…, yes. I think we should. It’s not that big of a deal.”

I pat her on the head in an effort at comforting her. I caress her shoulders and in my true pity for her I end up kissing her a little. Soon we’re both naked, going at it. We have the best, most passionate sex we’ve had since we’ve been going out.

Afterwards Linda is dressed. Again she sits on my bed, now ready to leave. “So do you still want to break up?”

“Yeah,” I barely utter.
