A small blue diary

" I confess, I confess that I am the one who leaked the key points of your presentation. Do you know why? Just to satisfy my ego! How could I forget your abusive remarks about me?
But now, justice has been served! Finally, I took my revenge and now you are in your right position Mr.Arham."

Adam closed his diary and kept it on his side table. He called his friends and they had a great dinner in the nearby hotel.

" This is the night of celebration, I want to make it memorable," Adam said while he was enjoying a glass of wine. That night he spent in the hotel with his friends and when he reached the house, he was unconscious. He also took a leave for the next day.

Mr Arham was sad to lose his job. He was blamed for the mistake which he didn't commit. He was very sincere with his job and was doing his work honestly. However, the company blamed him that he leaked the presentation as he was the only person who was handling this project.

" Babe, You witnessed how much effort I put into this project, I spent many sleepless nights, but this is what I have been paid for it," Arham said to his wife while tears rolled down his cheeks. She consoled him but this was painful for him.

" I don't know how we are going to survive now," Arham said to his wife.

"Now matter where life takes us, I'll always be there for you. Just hopes for better, everything will be alright soon." She replied.

Arham and his wife were very sensible, they handled this situation with great courage. Although life becomes difficult for them, still they strive hard to cope with all the challenges. Soon they started selling street food on the stall. Arham's wife was used to preparing some food at home which he was used to selling in the street.

Things started to change for both of them. Their food stall was attracting purchasers in great quantity. Soon they were able to build their hotel and life was normal again for them.

One day, Arham and his wife were enjoying coffee, while someone knocked at the door. He opened the door and received the parcel. He brought it inside. There was a small blue diary in the parcel. After uncovering it, Arham started to read it. At first, he couldn't understand why someone had sent this diary to him. He was almost going to close it, but just then he read his name on the next page.

His interest was increased, as there was something related to him. But his eyes were bewildered when he moved towards the next pages. It was all about Adam's confession and how he was planning to take his revenge. Arham was shocked,

" Adam....So it was you...How could you do that? I never expected this from you..!"

His eyes were filled with tears and he was in great trauma. After some days, he decided to visit Adam. He went to his place, but he was even more shocked to hear what Adam's wife told him,

"The karma was paid to him, he not only ruined himself but also left us behind alone."

"Alone? What do you mean by this? Where is Adam? Arham asked.

"Ahhh....Adam....He is no more.!It's true, you reap what you sow."
She replied.

"What? How it's possible? What happened to him?" Arham asked.

She told him that after taking his revenge, Adam was happy. But after a few months, the karma fixed it. Adam lost his job and nothing was left to us. It was a really difficult time for us, but what we found later was even worse. Doctors diagnosed him with cancer at the last stage. He got several treatments, but nothing could save his life and he left this world a week ago.

"It was his last wish to deliver this diary to you. He was ashamed at what he did to you." She said.

"Alas! Poor Adam.....Hope you are at the right place now."
