My younger brother has episodes like these in big crowds. Not covering his ears and screaming, but pretty severe anxiety attacks where he can't catch his breath and his heart rate spikes dangerously. It's due to this, he struggles pretty badly to be out in public for long, especially if it's crowded or really bright and loud. 😢
