Right from the start, Igele and Ikela have been in history as the most peaceful and friendly communities. They walk together, do everything together as one, and they even join together to fight communities that come after them. That's how they lived happily without any problems.

The king of Igele is called Ijele, while the king of Ikela is called Ikenna. King Ijele and King Ikenna are so friendly to themselves.

King Ikenna's son Ikenga went for a walk, and on his way he came across a beautiful lady by the name Mmasinachi, and he couldn't sleep. He had a sleepless night all through the day and when his father noticed that there was something bothering his son, he had to meet him and he told him about the lady he saw, and later he discovered that it was the daughter of King Ijele and he was excited and so happy that his son had made the right choice

When they went to King Ijele and told him about his son coming to ask for his daughter's hand in marriage, both kings were so excited, and King Ijele hurriedly called for his daughter to come. When she came, they told her about the recent news, but she just turned and left them, and when king Ijele called for his daughter to come, she refused, coming later for king Ijele to discover that his daughter wasn't interested, and he was so upset and told his daughter not to even try that. She was told that she must get married to King Ikenna's son, but she said she couldn't get married to Ikena. Then the father chased her away, but she ran away.

Later, King Ijele told King Ikenna that his daughter was refusing the proposal for an unknown reason, and both of them suspected she was seeing someone else. So, when both kings conducted further investigations, they discovered Mmasinachi was in love with Uchenna. Uchenna was a poor boy who was living with only his mother. They were struggling to survive. That was how both kings plotted how to get Uchenna.

King Ijele and King Ikenna soon discovered that Mmasinachi had run away with Uchenna. The news was so sad that King Ijele began regretting his mistake of making the wrong decision. Now his daughter was nowhere to be found. He was so confused that he couldn't eat or drink anything. He was shot of words and had sleepless nights.

Mmasinachi and Uchenna were there in an unknown community with no food to eat. Hunger dealt with them so much that they started regretting running away. So Mmasinachi came up with an idea of going back to his father. She told Uchenna not to leave. The reason being that his father would kill her, so he should make no move till everything is sorted out. They both accepted. When the father saw her, he embraced her and she was welcome back home. Food was served and she ate well since it had been a long time she ate. She was so excited and had to tell his father about Uchenna.

So the father had no option than to release his blessings on them and declare that no one should speak evil of them. That was how Uchenna, the poor boy, was brought to the palace and he was taken care of and hunger left because there was enough food to feed on.
